TERMS & CONDITIONS

All offers, orders and agreements of Juela these terms and conditions apply. Unless Juela has agreed agreed to other conditions in writing. • From any agreed deviations you can not derive any rights for future transactions. • Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these conditions.

PRICES AND COSTS
All prices listed on the Juela website include 21% VAT. • There are no shipping costs calculated on orders over € 50, – in the Netherlands. • The shipping costs will be charged to foreign countries for shipments amount to € 7.95 for Europe and € 30.00 outside Europe. • If you order multiple items, the amount of shipping costs remain the same. • As long as the agreement has not been reached, Juela is authorized to change the prices and other terms.

DELIVERIES
Juela strives all orders in stock to ship in 1-2 days. Orders that are not in stock, we try to ship within 3-4 weeks of receipt of payment. An order will, however, in principle, always be sent within 3-4 weeks after receipt of the payment to the address you specify. • If items have a longer delivery time or (temporarily) can not be delivered will be notified by e-mail thereof within days. • Juela is not liable for delays caused by Post NL, DHL & UPS or other parcel delivery services. • Juela is not liable for any damage as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times. • Juela exercise the greatest care when receiving orders and sending items ordered. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order is not delivered or incomplete. You must notify us within 7 days after receiving the items. The supply will be replenished at the expense of Juela or redone.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
The agreement for the sale is concluded at the moment you accept the offer and meet the corresponding conditions. Until receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by e-mail, the customer may terminate the agreement. • The amount can be paid via IDEAL, Visa and MasterCard, Paypal and Postpay. Juela accepts iDEAL payments via ABN AMRO, Rabobank, Fortis, ING, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, Triodos, KNAB, Regional Bank and Van Lanschot. • For Belgian customers there is the option to pay via Bancontact, KBC/CBC Payment and Belfius Direct Net. • If paying by Visa or MasterCard Juela reserves the right to verify that the card is valid, whether there is sufficient available funds for the amortization of the purchase price and that your address is correct. • When paying with iDeal in case the online checkout of Buckaroo will be used. • When paying by Visa or MasterCard is used Buckaroo. This payment provider takes care of the transactions.

COMPLAIN & RETURN
Our biggest goal is to provide you with a perfect product. Juela recommends to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the ordered goods do not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to inform us by e-mail accordingly. Juela will try to solve any problems or complaints, always in consultation with you and in the best possible way. • If no written objections are received by Juela within 7 days, Juela is assumed to have fully complied with its obligations. • You have the right to return the items within 14 days after receipt supplied by Juela. During the trial period of 14 days, you should carefully deal with the items and packaging. You will be able to test the product only to unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. • Articles can be returned within the trial period in the original packaging, sending him a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for payment of the related shipping costs. • If the items are unused and undamaged and returned promptly and correctly, Juela meets the price paid excluding shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned items. • When the by Juela delivered items are not returned within 14 days of receipt, the goods are considered as accepted and will void the aforementioned.

LIABILITY
Any liability of Juela, staff and products Juela for any damages whatsoever, direct or indirect, is excluded. Juela is not liable for damage caused by third parties in implementing the agreement. • Juela accepts no liability for any damage arising from the use of the products Juela. • The liability of Juela is always limited to the amount of the purchase price of the article. • For misunderstanding, delays or transmission of orders and messages resulting from the use of Internet or other communication between you and Juela or between Juela and others, as it relates to the relationship between you and Juela, Juela is not liable unless there might be intentional or gross negligence of Juela.

FORCE MAJEURE
In a situation of force majeure the obligations for Juela are suspended. If the period of force majeure occurs is longer than two months, both you and Juela the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation. There include force majeure in case of strikes, disruptions, import / export bans, natural disasters, whether this occurs at Juela or suppliers of Juela.

PRIVACY
Juela respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide will be treated confidentially. Your personal details are used for completing the order. • In addition to carrying out the orders data will, only with your consent, be used for the realization of marketing and maintaining the customer relationship with you. • The data are never made available to third parties, unless they are involved in processing your order.

APPLICABLE LAW
The agreement and these terms and conditions only Dutch law.
